My approach to life coaching is sensitivity, empathy, and from a trauma-informed perspective having been a victim myself, who not only survived but thrived after the abuse. Additionally, I recognize the limitations of coaching and always assess the need to refer individuals to professional licensed therapists, when necessary for the best interest of my clients.
Healing from narcissistic abuse is about more than simply surviving—it's about rebuilding your confidence, reclaiming your identity, and creating a life rooted in peace, purpose, and self-worth❤️.
My personalized recovery coaching provides compassionate support, practical guidance, and strategic action steps to help you move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to feeling empowered and in control of your future.
As a Certified Recovery Coach, Certified Divorce Coach, published author, and fellow survivor of narcissistic abuse, I understand firsthand the emotional devastation that follows psychological abuse, trauma bonding, gaslighting, and high-conflict relationships.
My coaching combines professional training with lived experience to provide both empathy and practical solutions for the challenges survivors face.
Together, we will work to:
>Understand the dynamics of narcissistic abuse and trauma bonding.
>Rebuild self-esteem, confidence, and personal identity.
>Develop healthy boundaries and recognize red flags.
>Break unhealthy relationship patterns.
>Navigate separation, divorce, and co-parenting challenges.
>Create personalized healing goals and accountability plans.
>Manage fear, anxiety, guilt, and self-doubt.
>Build resilience and develop the mindset needed to move forward with confidence.
>Rediscover your purpose and begin creating the life you deserve.
My coaching approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and action-oriented. Every session is tailored to your unique circumstances, providing a safe, judgment-free space where you can gain clarity, process your experiences, and develop practical strategies for lasting healing.
While coaching can be a powerful tool for personal growth and recovery, it is not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy. I recognize the importance of working within my scope of practice and will always recommend referral to a licensed mental health professional whenever it is in the client's best interest.
My mission is simple: to help survivors stop merely surviving and start thriving. Healing is possible, and you don't have to walk that journey alone.💕🙏
